Position: Field Sales & Brand Display Specialist
Location: Multiple locations across the U.S. & Canada

Field Sales Mobile Integration
To improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication between our field teams and headquarters, JCOSME International Inc. will now provide each field representative with a mobile computer (Android-based handheld & barcode scanner) preloaded with our integrated sales system.
Building an efficient, connected, and data-driven field sales network.
OPENING POSITION : Field Sales & Brand Display Specialist
Purpose of the Role
To ensure brand consistency, product visibility, and sales performance across all retail stores through proper display maintenance, planogram execution, and store staff coordination.
This position directly supports the sales and marketing team in launching, monitoring, and improving brand presentation in the field.
Brand Maintenance
• Visit assigned stores regularly (approx. 7–10 stores per rep).
• Check product displays, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Refill out-of-stock items and report any display or product issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand image of cabinets and fixtures.
Planogram Launch & Display Setup
• Execute new planogram launches following corporate guidelines.
• Install new cabinets, shelf talkers, testers, and signage as directed.
• Coordinate product updates during seasonal or new collection launches.
• Collect feedback and photos after setup completion for record-keeping.
Reporting & Communication
• Submit store visit reports with photos via ERP handheld app
• Report issues related to out-of-stock items, display damage, or competitor activity.
• Suggest product reorders based on sell-through data and store demand.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Sales Support
• Support sell-through by ensuring displays are complete and attractive.
• Share product knowledge and updates with store staff.
• Participate in nationwide launch campaigns and in-store promotions.
Performance Indicators
• % of stores maintaining complete planogram
• Display compliance score (audit photos)
• Sell-through improvement by territory
• Frequency and quality of store visits
Requirements
• Passion for beauty & cosmetics (especially Japanese brands).
• Strong attention to visual detail and retail presentation.
• Ability to travel locally & other state through out U.S. (field visits).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn.
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
Compensation Package
Base Salary:
• MIN $3,500 – $4,000 per month + each store launch bonus $300.00 (depending on experience and performance)
Built-in Smartphone Scanning:
• Dedicated handheld computer w/barcode reader
• Reps use the handheld as a barcode reader report stock & create PO & Planogram verification & Product refill / issue reporting & Store visit + photo .— All work in Real-time submission.
• Each scan automatically logs product ID, store location, and time.
Travel Allowance:
• Reimbursement for mileage and travel expenses during store visits (gas, tolls, etc.)
• Optional daily allowance or per diem when traveling long-distance
Store Launch Bonus:
Average 5-7 launch store weekly - Total 250 stotes to achieve
$300 bonus per new store launch (upon successful planogram setup and photo submission)
The Brand Maintenance & Planogram Launch Specialist ensures all JCOSME brands are properly displayed, stocked, and compliant across assigned retail stores nationwide.
This role combines visual merchandising, store auditing, and field execution to maintain a premium brand image and drive sales consistency.
